We are looking for a motivated scholar and teacher in Anglophone Literature to join our Department of English Studies. The successful candidate will teach literature courses in our English teacher education programmes, supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses, and develop their research profile in areas such as contemporary British and American literature, postcolonial studies, literary theory, or related fields. We welcome candidates who can contribute to our international activities and bring innovative approaches to literary pedagogy.
The start date for this position is 1 September 2026.
Requirements: University degree in English/American Studies; ongoing or completed Ph.D. in Anglophone literature or related field; English proficiency C1+; teaching experience in literature.
